To successfully meet the company’s goals, we need to offer Sales Managers all the tools to convince customers to participate in work and travel programs.
Within the company you will be responsible for work and travel program managers to meet their daily, weekly enrollment plan. As Supervisor you are responsible for the implementation of Marketing Campaigns, and as a Trainer you will be provided with the training and motivation tools.
– Minimum one year experience in sales, management, marketing, recruitment, training and motivation.
– Age 24 years – 35 years old
Prior participation in a Work and Travel program is a plus!
